Electric Relaxation w/Theophilus Monk 13.11.2020

Theophilus Monk comes with a show packed with neo-soul, electronic music with a soulful flavour, and some deep house in there too – courtesy of Zito Mowa and others. A couple of jazzy live renditions can also be expected in some parts of the show, including performances by Rāms Live Experience, EVM128 featuring Renato Paris, and a Bossa-Nova twist of Pharrell’s Frontin’, by none other than Pharrell & the Yessirs – a band which consisted of Skateboard P himself, and The Roots members Questlove and James Poyser. There’s some new heat as well courtesy of producer KaeB featuring Parley Wang, and Ziyon featuring RFKoncept. Overall, expect a journey through soulful music in its various forms as is usually the case with Theophilus Monk in the mix.
